Process

At Get RARE Properties, we begin with an understanding of the first-time investor or the home-buyer needs, wants and requirements. We will discern your risk appetite and design your strategy to find property bargains. Your strategy will lead to a buyers brief which becomes a mandate for our buyer's agent to research, shortlist and assess properties for you Australia wide. We proceed to negotiate and acquire the property accordingly. Depending on the transaction, each step may take hours, or even days to complete, while some may not be needed.

 

We run a comprehensive 8 steps process for a property purchase. We work intimately and carefully with our clients during each step of the process.​

We meet with you and get to know you and your property requirements. We assess your current position, understand your long term goals, and discuss the risks and benefits of investing in property.

We will inspect these properties on your behalf. We will advise on anything that may need further clarification or possibly investigation. Once the ideal property is found and agreed upon, we will complete an appraisal of the property. As seasoned investors, we offer valuable market insight about the intrinsic value of the property.

We listen to your needs, wants, desires and goals to help you formulate a "buyer's brief'. This step includes preparation and understanding of what your buying parameters are, including realistic expectations of price, property and position characteristics. Our responsibility is also to help you clarify what you require most and find you options that meet your blueprints as much as possible.

One of the biggest perks of engaging us is our ability to negotiate the best price for your property while preventing you from making an emotional purchase. We will serve as your professional negotiator and advise you on how to proceed or negotiate on your behalf. We aim to settle the best price and terms to secure the property.

After we have determined with you the best locations, we'll lead an exhaustive and time-intensive property search to arrive at a property shortlist pertaining to your goals.

Get RARE Properties will assist you through the exchange and settlement process. We will connect you with the relevant professionals and or liaise on your behalf to get the job done.

We reach out to our extensive network of sales agents to find suitable properties matching your 'buyer's brief'. We will actively work on your behalf to select suitable properties that meet your budget and aspirations. We will provide comparative analysis and find the home that fits your needs.
8. Ongoing Review

We support, educate and assist you even after the purchase. To make sure that you are on the track of achieving your long-term goals, we offer periodic portfolio reviews.
